Implementation is the most critical phase. No matter how great an effort was exerted in the earlier portions of the process, it decides the course's fate and the materials that people are expected to learn from. Procedures for training trainers, sourcing proper materials, and finalizing the delivery method for the course take their final form.
All too often, people fall short during implantation. They may have created some fantastic materials and had a brilliant take on a development strategy, but they fail during its execution. A superb method is to develop an implementation plan or canvas. This helps to ensure that nothing is missed and that you deliver on your creation.
